Dr. Erik Rivas, DDS

I’m excited to introduce myself and share that I’ve recently joined Dr. Susan Sharp and the team at Southern Arizona Periodontics. It’s a privilege to become part of the Tucson dental community.

My journey in dentistry began in 2021 as a general dentist. Since then, I’ve completed an Advanced General Dentistry Certificate and earned my Master’s in Periodontics and Implant Surgery, and also received the board certification through the Diplomat of American Academy Board of Periodontology.

One of the most rewarding aspects of being a periodontist is the collaboration with fellow dental professionals. A mentor once shared the phrase “integrity first,” which has continued to guide me throughout my training and practice.
